Your Privacy Rights

Last updated:

Depending on where you live, data protection laws such as the EU/UK GDPR, Türkiye’s KVKK, and the California CCPA/CPRA give you rights over the personal data we hold about you. This page explains those rights and how to exercise them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

Your rights

Subject to your jurisdiction and certain legal exceptions, you may have the right to:

  • Access — get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your personal data (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data.
  • Portability — receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
  • Objection — object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time.
  • Withdraw consent — where we rely on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.
  • Non-discrimination — we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. Because we do not sell or share, there is nothing to opt out of — but you are welcome to contact us with any questions.

How to make a request

Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy request”. Tell us which right you want to exercise and include enough detail for us to locate your data. You may also authorise an agent to make a request on your behalf.

Verification and timing

To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request — usually by confirming information we already hold. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, generally within 30 days (extendable where the law permits and we tell you why). Exercising your rights is free, unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

Complaints

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, we would like the chance to put it right. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — for example, your EU member-state supervisory authority, the UK ICO, or the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
